Christophobia

Why isn't this a word, unlike the gratuitously used Islamophobia? Stupid question.

Pakistanis seem to be the worst group of Muslims (and the competition is pretty stiff). Violent, fanatical, hypocritical, sneaky, sexually depraved, ungrateful (of aid from the kuffar), dishonest. Have I left anything out?
